American Ninja Warrior is headed to Washington, D.C, and this is the most excited we’ve been in a while about a DMV event! Not sure if we’re ready to try-out just yet, though joining the audience sounds just as fun. Read on to get all the details on where to dock and how to be a part of all the excitement.
This is the first time in American Ninja Warrior history that the course will be entirely indoors. On April 6th, 7th, 11th, and 12th, locals can come and watch the elite battle it out in D.C. Armory. Athletes all over the country are currently getting the call to come to the competition – a few Ninja Warrior Veterans will be coming back to try their luck once again! The show decided to host indoors this time around so the weather won’t be an issue. Early April on the East Coast is way too unpredictable. The D.C. Armory has been home to every Inaugural Ball since 1949 and can comfortably seat 10,000 people.
With so many seats and so many opportunities to see the show, you can bet we will be going – we hope to see you there too! Tickets for the event are FREE and will be available soon. Click here for more information and to sign up for the waitlist!
Where to Dock
We have a ton of great marina partners in Washington, D.C. and the surrounding area (we literally never get tired of talking about them honestly). There are also so many fun activities to do while in the U.S. Capitol! Visit the Smithsonian or catch a last minute Capitals Game at Capital One Arena. There is a wide variety of food options and cool bars to visit while in town. You can walk, catch a rideshare, or hitch a ride on the metro, though we recommend trying a scooter! It is super fun and a great opportunity to enjoy the Spring weather through D.C.
