Tolchester marina in MD is easy access for dogs, also they are allowed on the beach. They also have takeout breakfast which was really good. Can sit out on the beach and watch every kind of boat pass by, even cargo ships. Not sure the exact months they are open during the year. We went there twice this past summer.
